Peter’s career spans various roles in software engineering and technology leadership. As the CTO of Watch Our Own, he spearheaded the design and implementation of robust cloud infrastructure, driving innovation across the company's technical teams. His leadership ensured seamless integration of mobile and web platforms, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

Before his role at Watch Our Own, Peter held senior positions where he modernized and automated legacy processes. He also improved data accuracy and streamlined cloud infrastructure design, ensuring scalability and security across all deployments.

Earlier in his career, Peter developed a social engine for private investors at GLX and built a 100-channel Spanish stream service at YipTV. His experience in the finance industry as an accountant at KPMG and EisnerAmper laid a strong foundation for his technical and analytical skills.

Areas of Expertise

Peter's technical expertise includes full-stack development with JavaScript and Python, cloud services architecture using AWS, Digital Ocean, and Google Cloud, as well as DevOps practices with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. His hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and security architecture has enabled him to build and scale secure, high-performance distributed systems.
